The midsole features FF BLAST™ cushioning in the midsole. It's designed to help create cloud-like cushioning and a more energetic response.

This design also features a 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ for a stable, balanced, and confident stride.

Lastly, the lugged outsole design helps create good traction, softness, and advanced durability for mixed terrain.
