Free in-store pickup – at any of our locations on Vancouver Island. You will receive an email when the order is ready.
Expedited Shipping in Canada
- Orders under $100: $10.00 flat rate
- Orders $100+: Free
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will my order arrive?
Your order usually ships within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays), provided all items are in stock. You'll be notified as soon as your order ships, and you'll receive a tracking number if you've selected tracked shipping. Since all orders ship from Vancouver Island, BC, deliveries can be delayed due to national holidays — please take this into account when placing your order.
Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. If you refuse a shipment, you remain responsible for the original shipping cost plus any duties, taxes, or customs charges — this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied automatically at checkout, based on the province or territory the items are being shipped to.
