Tested every bottle and flask Precision could get their hands on to find those with the best flow. The PF&H Flow Flask 300 can hold a full pouch of flow gel (that's 300g of carb in one flask).

Please note that unworn merchandise (excluding bras & underwear) with all original packaging and tags can be returned within 30 days. We will assess products for manufacturer’s defects within 90 days of purchase. Anything beyond 90 days will not be accepted.
