The Duckbill Trucker Hat combines classic high-crown trucker style with Patagonia's fan-favorite Duckbill mesh for a quick-wicking, breathable trail hat with a twist. The crushable brim folds into a pocket for easy packing, and an internal sweatband helps keep you cool when you’re working hard. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.

  • Front crown and bill fabric is built of NetPlus® 100% postconsumer recycled nylon faille made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution; with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to shed moisture
  • Back crown is made of 100% recycled polyester mesh to dissipate heat and increase airflow
  • Foam brim folds into a pocket for easy packing, then rebounds to its original shape
  • Dark underbill reduces glare and eyestrain
  • Lightweight 100% recycled polyester sweatband is made from our Capilene® Cool Lightweight fabric for moisture and temperature management
  • Adjustable rear buckle has elastic for a snug, personalized fit
  • Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labor

Shipping & Returns

We are happy to accept exchanges & returns with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that unworn merchandise (excluding bras & underwear) with all original packaging and tags can be returned within 30 days. We will assess products for manufacturer’s defects within 90 days of purchase. Anything beyond 90 days will not be accepted.
